🛒 For Amazon-Fulfilled Orders

If your order is fulfilled by Amazon, follow these steps:

  • Visit your Amazon “Your Orders” page
  • Click “Cancel Items” if the order hasn’t shipped
  • If already shipped, contact Amazon Customer Service for assistance

📦 For Seller-Fulfilled Orders (Standard Shipping)

If your order is shipped by seller and you chose standard delivery, it usually takes around 10 days to arrive in the U.S. Here’s what happens during cancellation:

🔍 Before USPS Receives the Package

  • You can contact us to request cancellation
  • If the package hasn’t been handed over to USPS yet, we’ll try to intercept it
  • ⚠️ Interception is not guaranteed

📬 After Shipment or Interception Fails

If the package is already with USPS or cannot be intercepted:

  1. Wait for the package to arrive
  2. Contact us to request a return
  3. We’ll send a prepaid return label
