🔄 Refund Processing Steps

Once we receive your returned package, we:

• Inspect the item within approximately 2 business days
• If approved, we process the refund via Amazon (for FBA orders) or manually (for seller-fulfilled orders)

After the refund is initiated:

• Amazon usually transfers the amount to your original payment method within 2–3 business days
• For seller-fulfilled orders, processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank

💡 Where to Check Your Refund

You can track your refund status by:

• Logging into Your Orders on Amazon
• Selecting the order → clicking “View Return/Refund Status”
• Or checking your bank/card statement

❗ Didn’t Receive the Refund?

If it’s been more than 5 business days and you haven’t seen the refund:

• Double-check your bank or card account activity
• For Amazon-fulfilled orders, contact Amazon Support
