How to return?
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 30 days after receiving the package.
- 📦 Visit your Amazon Orders Page → select Return or Replace Items
- Make sure the product is unused and in original condition, suitable for resale
- If you prefer not to return, contact our customer service here
Who Pays the Return Shipping?
Our return policy varies by region. Here’s how it works:
For European customers,
You can return the package to our German warehouse yourself for a faster refund. Just send us the shipping receipt, and we’ll reimburse the cost once we receive the return.
We also offer prepaid return labels. However, since the return address is our own warehouse, it involves international shipping, which may take longer for you to receive your refund.
For customers in the U.S. and Mexico,
We provide prepaid return labels to send the package back to our U.S. warehouse.
In any region, please make sure the product is brand new, only in this way can you receive a full refund. We will inspect the return within 2-3 business days after receiving it and issue refund you based on the return status.
For Canadian customers,
You may need to go to your local Canada Post post office to send the hair out. Here is our return address in Canada:

When will I receive the refund?
Once we receive your returned package:
- We inspect the product within 2–3 business days
- Refund is issued based on item condition
- After we process refund, it will be returned to your original payment method in 2–3 additional business days. (If your order is an Amazon order, please contact Amazon customer service to obtain the refund progress. In addition, since all refunds on the Amazon platform are handled by Amazon, we sellers only have the right to operate but no to inquire about other matters. If we issue a refund but you have not received it, the fastest way is to contact Amazon customer service.)
