When will my order ship?
We typically ship orders within 24–48 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may require extra time.

Which Carrier Will Deliver My Package?
We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure fast and trackable delivery:
United States
- Expedited Shipping: FedEx / DHL
- Standard Shipping: USPS
Canada
- Expedited: FedEx
- Standard: CNE → Canada Post (in remote regions)
Mexico
- Current Carrier: 360Lion (subject to local regulations)
European Union
- First leg: CNE (from our warehouse)
- Final delivery: Local DHL
- 🔎 Full tracking available through CNE tracking number
When will I receive the package?
- Amazon-Fulfilled Orders: 2–5 business days
- Seller-Fulfilled Orders (Standard): 15–20 business days
- Seller-Fulfilled Orders (Expedited): 5–7 business days

Didn’t receive the package ?
If you notice that your package hasn’t had any tracking updates for several days or that the tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact our customer service team. We will reach out to the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
In most cases, the package may have been placed in your mailbox or signed for by a family member or neighbor. We recommend checking these places first.
Of course, you can also contact the shipping carrier directly, which may provide a faster resolution than going through customer service.

What to do if receive wrong or used item
For Amazon-Fulfilled Orders:
Go to Your Orders → select “Return or Replace Items“.
Choose “Wrong Item/Used Product Received” and upload evidence.
Request a full refund or replacement (free return shipping).
For Seller-Fulfilled Orders:
Use Amazon’s “Contact Seller” button to explain the issue. Or contact us here, or send e-mail to contactus@runature.net
Please attach your order ID and photos of the boxes and items.
